As a young teen I always loved doing hair. I always was dressing my older sister up and making her look beautiful, and she loved it. She was a trooper and part of my inspiration. I styled so many of my friends hair for prom and special occasions, and they loved the results…and so did I.

Vanessa Nissen-Bishop
I Attended Xenon International school of Hair Design and Longs Peak Academy in 2004 and 2005. Currently I attend continuing education regularly with Schwarzkopf, Goldwell, Eufora, Kevin Murphy and as well as others. I started The Spot Salon in 2011 and am one of the Partner Owners.

I Finished beauty school with a license in 2008. While in beauty school I completed a apprentice program at Sassy Shic for 14 months with Libby McCarthy. Continuing Education in Wella, Schwartzkoph, Unite, Kevin Murphy, Kune, Roffler, American Crew. Miscellaneous styling classes. I started The Spot Salon in 2011, and am one of the Owner Partners.
